Amy Shelton, District Administrative Coordinator for the Morgan County Soil and Water Conservation District located in Hartselle, presented OPES Library Media Specialist Sally Savas with an Ag Learning Center today for all our students to learn from and enjoy!
The Morgan County Conservation District has received a grant through Alabama Rivers, Mountains, and Valleys RC&D Council to place Ag Learning Stations in all the Decatur City Elementary Schools. The Ag Learning Stations consists of a tabletop bookshelf with 23 agriculture related books, reading levels K-5.
