Thursday night, the OPES Lil' Raiders took to the streets! A representative from each OPES class rode on the OPES float in the Decatur High School Homecoming Parade. We threw candy to the crowd and cheered for our big brother and sister team, the DHS Raiders. It was a beautiful night to be out with the Decatur community! Thank you to Dr. Jackson's husband, Billy Jackson, councilman for Decatur City District 1, for getting the trailer and driving us in his big truck. The kids (and adults) had a wonderful time!
